Axelos introduces Continual Development Programme (CDP)

AXELOS has officially announced the new AXELOS Professional Development Programme which is open for registration,with no annual membership fee for anyone that joins before 31 December 2015.

The AXELOS Professional Development Programme is an online annual membership programme, aligned to AXELOS’ global best practice frameworks, including ITIL® and PRINCE2®.

Membership is open to anybody who has been certified with an ITIL or PRINCE2 qualification.
It has been designed for individuals to ensure their skills and knowledge remain up-to-date and relevant while supporting them in their professional development.

Members will be able to demonstrate their relevance to their employers and peers with a verified digital badge, which is awarded to on successful completion of continuing professional development (CPD) activities.

Gone are the days of just training for the sake of training... businesses have no option but to align the required skills to benefit strategy.

Strategies are developed to continuously ensure business growth and competitive advantage. One of the most important enablers of business strategy are our people, without them we will never succeed.

Employees spending time out of the office on training is costly for any organisation, so the importance of value added training that can be implemented on return to work is critical.

Training programmes need to be aligned to strategy and developed to suit the right level of the target audience. Without this training is of no value and strategies are nothing more than words on paper.

We have to continuously up skill our staff, to ensure best of breed. This is costly but imperative. Not training staff because they may leave is short sited, it is more dangerous not training your staff and having them stay in your business.

The ability to develop training programmes that are fit for purpose and deliver results is one of our biggest assets with fantastic successes globally.
