Our latest certification programme will be launched in August, with the PMI-SP® (Scheduling Professional) Certification Preparation Programme. If you’d like to become one of the first PMI-SP®s in South Africa, get in touch with us!
We are delivering training throughout South Africa in Limpopo and the Eastern Cape, as well as Gauteng and Kwa-Zulu Natal. In addition to this, we are expanding globally to meet our clients’ needs in the U.S.A, Australia and Austria.

For example, in the business improvement or business requirements world it is an absolute truth that the poorer the business definition/understanding, the higher the risk of the initiative. And of course, the converse is also true. Namely, the better the business definition/understanding, the lower the initiative risk.

PM.Ideas recently completed a CAPM® training programme for 10 ABSA graduates.
This programme prepares learners to take the PMI® CAPM® exam, and become a Certified Associate in Project Management. Valid for 5 years, this certification allows learners to become more involved in the Project Management industry and build up their experience in projects.
Some of the benefits of this programme include learning how to scope a project, adhere to budget parameters, stay on schedule and meet or exceed the project’s overall objectives.
